[The Hwankyung Ilbo] Seoul Grand Park signed an MOU with Malaysia's Bukit Merah Orangutan Foundation on Nov. 10 and completed two days of talks on details of cooperation on the conservation of the orangutan in the future.

The Bukit Merah Orangutan Foundation specializes in conservation, research, treatment, rehabilitation and education of orangutans and is one of the best orangutan conservation institutions in Asia.

Seoul Grand Park plans to actively discuss animal exchange and staff training programs through this agreement.

After the agreement, Seoul Grand Park will conduct a joint study to preserve orangutans living in Asia and participate in the international conservation program of orangutans, which is an international endangered species, through medical cooperation such as drug support.
